IRG digital requires candidate for quality assurance and compliance department.
Task for the QA & Compliance should be to follow key point indicators and mark audio voice clips for their mistakes.
• Check the quality of sales agent call and follow key point indicators.
• Responsible for any escalation if the call is escalated after been passed from QA.
• Have to mark grammatical errors, fraud and faults made in the call by the agent.
• Should have good control over English language listening and writing.
• IELTS or TOEFL score would be a plus but not mandatory.
• Masters or Bachelors in English Literature would be preferred.
• Male or Female between 20 till 35 required.
• 9 Hours shift.
• Work Experience of at least 1 year preferred.
