Responsible for BIM standards implementation and enforcement
Responsible for BEP implementation and enforcement
Responsible for EIR creation and circulation where applicable
Responsible for MIPD implementation and enforcement
Experience and familiarization with UK, AIA and EU BIM standards and workflows highly desirable
Creation and maintenance of the software Template files to assure standards
Mapping capabilities and knowledge
Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions
Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity
Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced
Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards
Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of the BIM Technicians to ensure
BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the MEP Revit model as well as the federated model
Excellent understanding of 3D to 8D, understanding of LOD’s as per RIBA and AIA, understanding of LOI as per AIA.
Understanding of CDE and information validation and verification as per PAS 1192 and BS 1192
Experience in IPD
