The selected candidate would become part of the core team at Iris Events and will take on the responsibility for generating fresh leads across our business streams. The candidate will constantly be creating new relationships within the corporate sector and pursuing new business prospects whilst also maintaining relationships with existing clients and leads.
Responsibilities:-
- Identify business leads
- Set up and attend meetings with potential clients along with the account management team
- Assist the creative team in developing and delivering pitches to potential clients
- Maintain a strong relationship will all existing and future business contacts/ leads
Requirements:-
- Proven experience in a sales/ business development role with experience of at least three years
- Flair for building relationships and networking
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on written and spoken English
- Be highly presentable
- Be mobile and able to visit clients across the city (and country)
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
