Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as a team member in the installation, upgrade, enhancement, correction, troubleshooting, resolution and/or maintenance of system software/hardware
Coordinates with users, vendors and IT staff in order to provide appropriate action, support and problem resolution
Installs new jobs, systems or packages and schedules and coordinates testing and/or change management
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers
Excellent Organization skills
Repairing equipment and replacing parts
Maintaining records of software license
Creating emails, password resets and forwarding in Google Workspace
Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops
Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
Manage hardware and software inventory management
Take user support requests and take measures to fulfill requests
Provide exceptional service while responding to phone, email and online requests for technical support
Utilize remote monitoring and management software to resolve user requests
Handle IT related documentation and make sure that all IT supplies are available
Assist in setting up telecommunication closets
Install various security systems, both analog and digital IP
Install various speakers, receivers and volume controllers
Assist with setup and configuration of new hires and account termination
Ability to multitask and support multiple properties
Ability to quickly adopt to a changing environment
Communicate technical issues and solutions to the engineering, sales and other team members

Must Haves:

Must be able to travel as needed
Must be on call
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able programming routers, switches, modems, access points and other equipment
Must be able to participate in after hours upgrades and troubleshooting
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Iron Curtain Security also deals in all kinds of security equipment. The company has a vast history of procuring, designing and implementing security equipment. Ranging from CCTV systems, detection devices and all types of fencing solutions. The company has delivered and installed all types of equipment to some major names in the Pakistani industry, including CPEC projects. It is also the only security company in Pakistan to be approved for the Safe City Pakistan Project. The Iron Curtain Recruitment Agency, is the second part of the group. It is a licensed overseas recruitment company that specializes in human resource recruitment and training. Not only does it send skilled labor abroad but adds to a service to the Pakistani public that is drenched in poverty and unemployment, offering them different opportunities. At the same time carrying the Iron Curtain Group name across borders. Last but not least is Iron Curtain Integrated Solutions. This particular company deals in different variations of the market. ICIS provides consultation reports, corporate management for multinationals like the British Council and even delegatory tour management for overseas organizations like APPNA (Association of Physicians of Pakistani Decent in North America) in Pakistan. This particular section of Group tours is branching out to the Iron Curtain Group's new company Grand Tours (Pvt.) Ltd.
