We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our accounting and finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and supporting month-end and year-end financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly closings
Help prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist with audit preparations and documentation
Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
