Job Title: Software Quality Control Engineer

Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a QA engineer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or relevant field

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Description:

Meet with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters
Lead the QA members in designing QA test procedures
Oversee the drafting of testing documents
Should be able to create Software testing process from scratch
Implement testing procedures and overseeing the QA process
Troubleshoot quality issues and modifying test procedures
Conduct analysis checks on product specifications
Review Quality Assurance reports
Ensure the successful deployment of products into the market
Respond to requests from the business team and management

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or relevant field
At least 2+ years of experience as a QA engineer
Managerial experience of a QA team required
Familiarity with latest tools and techniques used for Quality Assurance and software testing
High-level analytical skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinker
Ability to project manage
Proficient in MS Office software
Detail oriented
ISTQB or CTFL is a plus
Automation in Cypress and Postman is a plus.
