We are looking for an SEO expert who is experienced in all major aspects of Search Engine Optimization. In addition, the ideal candidate will be excellent at creating attribution models to understand scientifically what is working.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth and current knowledge of algorithms, strategies, and sustainable approaches to increase organic reach. The ideal candidate is also expected to have deep knowledge of relevant tools including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.

The right candidate will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating, and overseeing long- term SEO campaigns and will be responsible for taking our website from 100k unique monthly visitors to 500k and beyond.

Responsibilities

Maintaining strong technical SEO across the website, including the ability to implement fixes rather than just identify problems
Track, measure and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
Understand and be responsible for the funnel and improving each part of it
Understand the role of SEO in the funnel rather than isolated
Identify competitive gaps and new opportunities for organic growth.
Performs keyword research to identify high-value search phrases to drive traffic that will convert into the bottom of the funnel.
Able to set up attribution effectively to make data-led, scientific decisions on what works in the funnel and what iterations should be made
Researches and crafts strategies to address SEO trends across channels. Stays on the cutting edge of SEO best practices tools and techniques to develop new ideas forward for testing and beta initiatives.
Able to proofread and upload content according to editorial guidelines
