Job Purpose
The Women & Girls Friendly Spaces (WGFS) Facilitators will be responsible for managing the daily operations of WGFS centres designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for women and girls affected by or at risk of gender-based violence (GBV). The facilitators will support implementation of a survivor-centred approach, deliver mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), and ensure timely referrals to multi-sectoral services including legal aid, health, and protection. WGFS will also serve as empowerment and awareness hubs for community mobilization and resilience-building. The facilitator will ensure service quality, confidentiality, and a dignified experience for all participants.
