We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Store Manager/Store Supervisor to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Ensure that the store is meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
Train and supervise a team of sales associates and cashiers
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that the store is well-stocked
Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Enforce company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
