Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a bartender, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests through your mixology expertise, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail. If you have a passion for crafting unique cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience working as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume establishment or upscale cafe.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, smoothies, soft drinks, shakes, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Proficient in preparing and serving a wide range of classic and creative cocktails with precision and flair.
Familiarity with different types of glassware, garnishes, and bar tools.
Understanding of drink recipes, proportions, and mixology techniques.
Ability to recommend and suggest suitable drink options based on guests' preferences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
A customer-focused approach to ensure guests' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize orders, and handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team, supporting colleagues during busy periods and lending a helping hand when needed.
Excellent coordination and cooperation with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the business needs.
