We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Arabic Dessert Cook’s helper to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a Dessert Cook's Helper, you will provide essential support to our dessert cook, assisting in the preparation and production of delightful desserts that will tantalize our guests' taste buds. If you have a passion for the culinary arts, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Requirements:

Assist the dessert cook in preparing ingredients, measuring and weighing components, and assembling dessert elements.
Follow recipes and instructions provided by the dessert cook, ensuring accurate execution of techniques and portion sizes.
Help with baking, mixing, garnishing, and plating desserts according to established standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dessert preparation area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment promptly.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of dessert ingredients, notifying the dessert cook or supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Pay close attention to detail when measuring ingredients, following recipes, and assembling desserts to maintain consistency and quality.
Assist in ensuring desserts are presented beautifully, with careful attention to garnishing, plating, and overall visual appeal.
Work efficiently to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting in meeting dessert preparation timelines.
Have the physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy ingredients and equipment, and perform repetitive tasks as required in a kitchen environment.
