We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project. Candidates must have packaging experience.
Brief job description is as follows:
- Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
- Making sure every inquiry is catered to properly; working in the supervision of the sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
- Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with the estimation team to make sure the customer receives price quotations in time.
- Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
- Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other files.
- Coordinating with the design team to make artwork changes requested by customers.
- Coordinating with the shipping team to make sure the customer receives his/her job on time.
