Immediate Hiring - .-Being a Project Manager, you will help project Director to facilitate daily routine activities including coordinating between different organization functions, resource planning, task planning, client meetings and follow-ups. This role requires multi-tasking and ability to wear several hats in order to manage various type of tasks. Responsibilities: Coordinate with team and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project phases. Assist Project Manager in project life cycle management. Keep Track of team activities, deliverables and update project status daily. Attend team, management and client meetings, take notes and circulate meeting minutes. Update task board and keep it synced with project journal to reflect actual statuses. Correspondence with the Clients, manage their expectations tactfully and communicate their feedback to team in a constructive manner. Monitor the status of projects to make sure they are proceeding as per expectations. Sometime get invloved in testing to make sure deliverables are handed over to clients as per quality standards. Document processes, training manuals and audio/video training sessions. Responsible for client trainings and product support activities. Qualifications / Skills: Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects . Excellent English Communication Skills.
