Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

Own system and feature quality throughout the development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure quality delivery expectations are met.
Drive value and build to improve the quality of the team’s deliverables continuously.
Conduct new technology research, proof of concept, and design work that will provide direction for the enhancement of the overall system and products.
Contribute to software engineering best practices for design, coding standards, performance, security, delivery, maintainability, and culture.
Demonstrate ownership of developed components from development through production.

Preferred qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience.
Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries.
5+ years of experience in developing web applications using C#/Javascript/related tools/frameworks (both client-side and server-side) etc.
Experience in ASP.NET MVC to maintain live application.
Cloud and services experience, with AWS cloud experience highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to software design
Passion for building customer delighting experiences, and highly scalable, highly reliable services
Experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes.
