We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects on Upwork, crafting effective proposals, and communicating with clients to secure new business.
Responsibilities:
- Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
- Write customized and compelling proposals
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals
- Work closely with the technical team to understand the services offered
- Maintain records of bidding activity and results
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, design, marketing)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work onsite at our office during standard working hours
