We are seeking a talented RPA Developer to join our innovative team. As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate business processes across various departments and systems.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and develop scalable and robust automation solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Configure software robots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data extraction, and other manual processes.
Develop and maintain reusable automation components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate development and ensure scalability.
Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
Deploy automation solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Monitor the performance of deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, APIs, and databases.
Document technical specifications, deployment procedures, and user guides for RPA solutions.
