The candidate will perform the following major tasks:

Orders Procurement, Processing, Return Management, and Placing
Monthly accounting of Orders sheet
Working on Pricing of the products
The main focus should be on orders Procurement/Purchasing/Pricing.
Send Purchase Orders to Supplier
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Manage Returns of the order from Customer
Creates shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Give customer service on order status
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Must have prior experience in Purchasing or Procurement with International companies.

Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PK Time (Third Shift Night)
