Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced call center environment.
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
