Ittefaq Electronics is seeking a professional for the position of HR Executive / Admin Executive, with years of relevant experience. Must be a graduate or master in HRM.
Job Description:
• Responsible for all HR & Admin Operations
• Responsible for onboarding of new joiners, prepare orientation plan and complete new joiner's documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance on daily basis on HRIS.
• Liason with different departments for smooth process of payroll.
• Responsible for fleet management and documentation.
• Responsible for the arrangements of facilities, supplies to all new staff.
• Supervise office boys on meintenance tasks.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
