IvyLab Technologies is looking for a Business Analyst and the following skill set and job responsibilities.

Define and own business analysis processes and conduct continuous improvements on these processes.
Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements
Assist in defining project scope and objective.
Represent the company as required in meetings with clients and partners.
Review system test cases created by testing team.
Gather requirements using different techniques; interviews, what if scenarios, meetings, prototypes and observation.
Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
Collaborate with the development team to create documents such as Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
Validate requirements by reviewing documents, make sure it describes the correct software and get client s approval.
Handle other miscellaneous tasks to support the project workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Requirements
Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in Agile software development
Excellent with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Very good command of English language
Technical writing skills
Interpersonal Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Project management skills
A brilliant multi-tasker
Problem Solver
Analytic thinker
