About the Position
As a Jr. Front-End Software Engineer at IvyLab Technologies, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects for a wide range of clients. Besides working on service based model, you will get a chance to work on product based ERP solution. You'll be using standard technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery and Angular on most projects; however, you'll also have the opportunity to take on stretch assignments to help you reach your personal development goals. This role is ideally suited for a creative, highly motivated and career driven engineer who is excited about the opportunity to join a work in a fast paced environment and solve hard problems.

You are passionate, flexible, and ready to collaborate with talented engineers to craft brilliant applications from even bigger ideas. You’re a good citizen of the web who believes in choosing the right tool for the job, values including all users, and understands the power of testing.
Duties
* Write CSS, HTML and JavaScript from scratch to create layouts
* Convert PSD to HTML
* Write well designed, testable, efficient code
* Cooperate with web developer to match functionality with Front-end and test new features of the web page
* Develop test plans and test cases
Qualifications
* Proven working experience in web programming for Front End
* Proven working experience in QA for web
* In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
* Experience with jQuery, jQueryUI, Bootstrap
* Experience with Angular or similar JavaScript MVC Frameworks (React, Ember, Backbone)
* Experience with javascript build tools (npm, grunt, gulp)
* Experience with Git
* Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus
* Familiarity with PHP/Laravel is a plus
* Very strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
* MUST be very detailed oriented
* You love setting up frameworks and love giving input on how to re-organize roles and responsibilities to improve QA
* You're motivated to automate as much of QA as possible - and love researching new ways to do so
* Nothing gets by you - you understand a complicated product deeply and think of all the edge cases
* Proactive - you love giving feedback and strive to build a better product
* Not afraid to think
* You are a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player
* BS in computer science or related field
