Our Sales team is looking for hiring a dynamic and talented candidate to join us as a Senior Sales Executive.   

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing the prospective customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer’s complaints and resolve them in a timely manner. Additionally, you will have to build a strong relationship with the customers.  

Ideally, you should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:  

  • Identifying new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.  
  • Supervising the tasks of all the Sales Executive in the team. 
  • Handling problems and issues as and when they arise.  
  • Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.  
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new customers.
  • Developing and planning various sales activities.  
  • Gathering and analyzing all the sales-related data.  
  • Maintaining an accurate record of total closed sale deals.  
  • Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management. 
  • Recommending sales improvement strategies and giving advice to the sales team. 
  • Documenting all the aspects of sales team activities.  
  • Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and meetings.  

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.  
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar job position in the Sales industry.  
  • Good sales and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service.  
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools  
  • Good organizational skills 
  • Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations  
  • Ability to work in a team environment.  
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
