We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our call center team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services over the phone. Your primary objective will be to generate sales leads, build customer relationships, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, following provided scripts and guidelines.
Receive and handle inbound sales inquiries, answering questions and providing information about our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, recommending suitable solutions, and overcoming objections.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to overall sales growth.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar job position in the Sales industry.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Good organizational skills
Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
