We are looking for a Floor Manager who can maintain the stock on the shelves and supervise the people who work in the Whole Foods section .

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of grocery store to meet store goals
Provide direction and guidance to grocery staff in their assigned duties
Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards
Provide excellent customer services for sales growth
Develop positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction
Evaluate performance of each staff and provide appropriate feedback
Perform inventory control to avoid over stock and low stock
Manage product storage and rotation activities to reduce spoilages and damages
Ensure that grocery shelves are maintained clean and organized
Ensure that shelves are loaded with fresh products all the times
Ensure that all products are properly tagged and labeled
Maintain cleanliness of the store

Requirements

A minimum bachelor's degree in any subject
Atleast 3-4 years of relevant work experience
Must possess good organisational, management, teamwork, communication and leadership skills
Should have the ability to work effectively under pressure

Location: Karachi Bahadurabad

Timings: 9 hours shift (Morning/Evening) six days a week

Salary range: Basic Salary PKR 35,000- PKR 45,000 + sales commission + health insurance
