We are looking for an experienced accountant for our real estate business based in Bahria Town Karachi. The right candidate should have minimum 2 years of work experience in a professional environment.

Job Description:

Preparing and maintaining books of accounts (Journals, Ledgers, Income and Expense statements, Balance Sheets).
Preparing and presenting weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the management.
Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
Collecting day to day financial data from office staff.
Auditing financial information provided by the sales staff regarding transactions.
Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
Analyzing accounts and business plans to assist the management making sound finacial decisions.
Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation.
Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
Work tends to be office based, with working hours often extending beyond the regular nine to five at peak times or market hikes.

Job Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM.

Sundays are off.
