1. Responsible to develop and implement effective sales strategies with reference to the respected areas.
  2. Responsible to look after the Project Sales Directly in their respective areas.
  3. Responsible to Lead sales team of its respective area to achieve sales targets and able to command and direct the sales team to achieve effective outputs.  
  4. Responsible to analyze sales performance and should come up with new strategies to gain more profit.
  5. Responsible for the performance of teams and its outcome.
  6. Able to Create new sales plans for effective search of sales leads with the consultation of NSM.
  7. Responsible to provide training and development needs for the improvement of team’s performance.
  8. Responsible to ensure the strong cordial relationship with clients such as Head of the Departments in all Government, Semi Government & Private clients including PHED/ MES/ Housing /Projects and Industrial Clients and further responsible to arrange the meeting with NSM.
  9. Responsible to ensure the timely registration for qualification through Team members in Housing, PEHD, MES, Industrial and Governmental & Private projects related with the product line in their respective areas.
  10. Responsible to implement KPI’s and performance indicators for team in order to develop & increase the sales of company with the consultation and approval of NSM.
  11. Responsible to provide & submit the monthly, quarterly and annual sale report regarding the sales performance of region to NSM and Management.
  12. Responsible to attend & collect timely feedback and update the same to NSM.
  13. Responsible to attend the complaints/suggestions regarding the product line from market and responsible to rectify the complaints on time and able to provide solutions in the preview of market trend.
  14. Responsible to update management regarding new developments in markets, competitor’s products and strategies, new launch of any product line and further ensures that sales team should be updated and responsive to such new developments and further responsible to advise the same to the management regarding new development with some plan and strategies to keep abreast in market.
