Computer Skills:

Data entry, report writing, presentation and record maintaining.
Must be able to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing record.

Responsibilities:

Approve/Disapprove/Edit/Reject the uploaded Janwer on website and takign care of ordered services; Complete website handling
Must be able to build alliances and partnerships with Suppliers/Vendors/Farmers by signing official contracts in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Visiting, briefing and making Farmers/Vendors/Supplier upload their Janwer on website and keeping their contact details.
Delivering Janwer to customers upon Service order as per instructions.
Handling Social Media of Janwer.Pk including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others(if any)
Communication with buyers of service and make sure the effective quality delivery in committed time of service.
Keep the record of all the stages of Service such as pictures of Janwer, weight of the Janwer, Video of Slaughtering, Meat Ready for delivery and video of meat distribution/handing over in case of Sadqa/Khairat.
Create weekly reports of all the work done and discuss business with directors.
Opening tender, maintaining database of suppliers, adjust deadlines, monitoring submission processes for consistency and completeness.
Strong follow up with concerned people to ensure the effective and successful implementation of company objective.
Maintaining the record of all money transactions and files of all vendors including farmers, butchers, institutes and brands to comply with ISO standards.
Represent company and finding investment opportunities for Janwer.Pk
Must work in the field and bring as many vendors(farmers & butchers) as possible to enhance service standards.
Ability to understand the policy, planning and strategy of the company and vendors.
Awareness of internal and external customer needs and stock control.
Assist to recruit new candidates.
Keeping the expenses low while ensuing high profit.
Must ensure at vendors in all the area assigned.
Increasing brand exposure.
And other additional assigned tasks.
Must have a valid driving license.
