We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Sales Operations to support the sales and operations teams in our real estate business. As an Assistant Manager Sales/Operations, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, analyzing sales data, and optimizing operational processes to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Sales Team Management: Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  •  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Operational Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Transaction Management: Manage and coordinate transactions, including sales, purchases, and rentals.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and communication.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk in all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales and operations, with a focus on managing sales teams and optimizing operational processes.
  3.  Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  4.  Real Estate License: Possession of a valid real estate license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Real Estate Sales Management: Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies in the real estate industry.
  •  Knowledge of Real Estate Operations: Knowledge of real estate operations, including transaction management and client onboarding.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including team management and motivation.
