Civil Surveyor - Housing Scheme

We are seeking an experienced Civil Surveyor to lead the surveying and mapping efforts for our housing scheme project. As a Civil Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and precise surveying and mapping of the project site, including boundaries, topography, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Site Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing infrastructure.

2. Prepare Survey Reports: Prepare detailed survey reports, including maps, drawings, and documentation.

3. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and precise surveying and mapping.

5. Manage Survey Equipment: Manage and maintain survey equipment, including total stations, GPS, and drones.

6. Analyze Data: Analyze survey data to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for resolution.

7. Develop Survey Plans: Develop and implement survey plans, including scheduling and budgeting.

8. Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.

2. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in civil surveying, with a focus on housing schemes or similar projects.

3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4. Certifications: Professional Surveyor certification or equivalent.

5. Software: Proficiency in surveying software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software.

Preferred Qualifications:
