Requirements:
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service and Reservations skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the travel industry or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of travel booking systems or software is a plus
