We are looking for the services of Deputy Manager Administration for our Dairy Farm based at Rahym Yar Khan.
Ideal candidate will manage the general administrative function and activities of the farm.
Performs a wide variety of operations duties including full-scope human resources, administrative operations, with oversight of General IT support.
Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan & Implement Administrative & HR procedures & system & devising ways to streamline processes.
- supervise & manage day to day administrative operations of the farm.
- Develop liaison with all Govt Institutes.
- Manage Farm security activities & ensure discipline
- Provides daily Human Resources information to staff regarding benefits and policies
