Purpose of the . This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in CNC machining, tooling design, production planning, and cross-functional coordination. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, reducing production costs, and enhancing the overall manufacturability of components while ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met.Responsibilities:Manufacturing Oversight.Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless execution of production plans with optimal quality and efficiency.Parts Planning & Scheduling.Develop and manage detailed production schedules and part planning to align with overall manufacturing targets and customer commitments.Machine Loading Strategy.Allocate workload across machines based on capa.Technical Review & CNC Program Validation.Review product designs, technical drawings, and CNC programs to ensure manufacturability, accuracy, and alignment with process capabilities.CNC Program Development & Cycle Time Optimization.Generate, validate, and refine CNC programs to minimize machining cycle times and improve productivity.Jigs & Fixtures Design & Implementation.Oversee the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and tooling solutions to support precise and repeatable manufacturing.Tooling & Consumable Inventory Management.Manage tooling resources and maintain optimal inventory of consumables while controlling costs and ensuring availability.Cross-Functional Collaboration.Coordinate effectively with the design team and supply chain to ensure alignment of engineering inputs, material availability, and production readiness.Machining Cost Control.Monitor and control per-hour machining rates by identifying areas of inefficiency and implementing corrective actions.Process Documentation & Improvement.Define, document, and continuously improve process sheets for new and existing components to ensure consistency and traceability.Cost Estimation & Compliance Assurance.Conduct cost analysis and estimation for parts and processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements..00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have B.E Mech / Industrial or DAE Mech?How many years of
