Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with a strong technical SEO background to design, develop, and optimize responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building websites from scratch or using popular page builders like Elementor and WPBakery. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can customize themes and plugins, ensure optimal site performance, and implement SEO best practices to enhance user experience and search engine rankings. Additionally, the candidate should possess graphic design capabilities to support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop fully responsive WordPress websites either from the ground up or by leveraging builders such as Elementor and WPBakery.
- Customize existing themes and plugins to align with specific client requirements and branding guidelines.
- Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO performance to ensure fast loading times and excellent usability across devices.
- Implement technical SEO strategies including schema markup, XML sitemap creation, and maintaining clean URL structures to improve site visibility and indexing.
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and improper redirects.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to enhance user experience and improve overall site rankings through data-driven insights.
- Design graphic elements for social media campaigns and other marketing collateral, supporting brand consistency and engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical SEO and on-site optimization techniques, with a track record of improving website search performance.
- Proficiency with SEO and site audit tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor and analyze website health.
- Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, enabling effective customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience in website performance optimization, with familiarity in measuring and improving Core Web Vitals and using tools like GTmetrix.
- Graphic design skills using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva to create visually appealing digital assets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
