Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting various administrative and operational functions across departments. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage data processing, assist multiple teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative approach to support both the sales and front office teams, as well as management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and process research data accurately to support business insights and decision-making.
- Perform essential administrative tasks such as printing documents, sending emails, and managing office supply orders to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Provide assistance and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- Support the Front Office team with various administrative duties to enhance overall office productivity.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant departments to maintain adequate supplies.
- Organize staff meetings, prepare agendas, and update calendars to ensure effective time management and communication across teams.
- Handle the processing of company financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and bills, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Offer general assistance and support to management, helping to streamline operational processes and contribute to organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or back office role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software, including email platforms, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with different teams and external contacts.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and financial document processing is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
