Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily activities within our warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of goods, maintain high standards of hygiene and quality, and lead a motivated team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. The position also involves managing inventory control and documentation while adhering strictly to company policies and food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing of goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain strict hygiene practices and enforce quality control standards to guarantee product safety and compliance.
- Implement and monitor food safety protocols and quality assurance procedures to uphold regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate scheduling and manage workflow effectively to meet production deadlines and operational targets.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline production processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate floor staff, fostering a productive work environment and ensuring high performance levels.
- Ensure all operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed by all team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and merchandise displays to support sales objectives and operational needs.
- Manage inventory documentation and maintain accurate records to improve inventory control and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support operational reporting and documentation.
- Flexibility and willingness to work with a home-based team, adapting to remote communication and coordination as needed.
