Local SEO Manager – GBP Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Local SEO Specialist to lead and execute a nationwide Local SEO strategy focused on optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple service regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and enhancing local search presence, driving lead attribution accuracy, and improving Local Pack rankings. This role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and a results-oriented approach to elevate our local search visibility and contribute to measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and implement a comprehensive Local SEO strategy tailored for Google Business Profiles on a national scale.
- Optimize and maintain multiple Google Business Profiles across diverse service areas to maximize local search performance.
- Set up and manage UTM tracking and call tracking systems to ensure precise lead attribution and performance measurement.
- Conduct thorough Local SEO audits and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Oversee local citation management, backlink building strategies, and reputation management initiatives to strengthen local authority.
- Monitor Local Pack rankings within target markets and implement tactics to improve visibility and ranking positions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical SEO and content creators, to address technical issues and develop localized content strategies.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports detailing performance metrics, growth trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Local SEO with a proven ability to rank businesses within the Google 3-Pack.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles at scale across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to evaluating and improving Local SEO performance.
- Proficiency in key SEO and analytics tools such as BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Deep understanding of local search algorithms, citation management best practices, and competitive Local SEO tactics.
- Experience implementing UTM tracking and call attribution methodologies for accurate performance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
