Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Billing Assistant to support our human resources and finance functions. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and training, alongside managing invoicing processes and client billing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a basic understanding of invoicing software. Key Responsibilities
Assist in various recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, supporting performance management initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with company standards and legal requirements. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time. Monitor employee attendance and enforce adherence to company policies, helping maintain discipline and operational efficiency. On the financial side, utilize invoicing software to prepare and manage client invoices, ensuring all billing is accurate and discrepancies are promptly resolved. Maintain comprehensive records of invoices and client payments, collaborating closely with the finance team to guarantee timely invoice processing.

Provide responsive support for any client queries related to invoicing, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This dual-focus role requires balancing HR responsibilities with billing accuracy to support overall business operations effectively.
