Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and drive organic growth by enhancing our website’s search engine visibility. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at increasing website traffic, improving search rankings, and optimizing overall site performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to boost website traffic and improve search engine rankings across key platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and integrate SEO best practices into website content and structure.
- Optimize website elements including content, site architecture, and metadata to maximize search visibility and user experience.
- Perform detailed technical SEO audits to identify issues and recommend actionable improvements for enhanced site performance.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through strategic outreach and partnerships to enhance domain authority.
- Collaborate closely with content creators to ensure all published material is SEO-friendly and aligned with current best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly SEO performance reports and insights to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Work alongside web developers to implement necessary technical SEO enhancements and ensure seamless integration.
- Support paid search campaigns and content marketing initiatives as needed to complement organic growth efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO with a strong track record of improving website rankings and traffic.
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems, particularly WordPress.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and reporting.
