Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support various human resources functions. This role involves attracting and selecting top talent, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with employee development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes drafting clear and compelling job descriptions, posting vacancies on relevant job platforms, reviewing incoming resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Oversee all new hire documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and conduct orientation sessions to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Maintain precise and confidential employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in organizing, scheduling, and tracking employee training and development programs to support continuous learning and professional growth.
- Prepare, update, and maintain HR documents, policies, and reports to ensure alignment with company standards and adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely and effective support to employee inquiries, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
