Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join our team, responsible for creating visually appealing and functional packaging solutions that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, proficiency in design software, and the ability to produce accurate cost estimates for packaging production. This role requires close collaboration with production and marketing teams to ensure that all packaging designs are both aesthetically pleasing and practical, while staying competitive within the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative and attractive packaging, including the creation of logos, die lines, and precise measurements to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Develop detailed and accurate price estimates for packaging production, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to keep packaging designs fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure that designs are feasible and meet manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain cohesive branding across all packaging materials.
- Utilize design software proficiently to create, refine, and finalize packaging concepts and deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and precise packaging designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Demonstrated ability to generate accurate and realistic price estimates for packaging production.
- Solid understanding of current market trends and best practices in packaging design to ensure competitiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
