Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the procurement and sales teams to source and secure high-quality technical components from global vendors. Your expertise in evaluating product specifications, negotiating with international suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery will be critical to supporting our business and client needs. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and source technical components from a diverse range of global suppliers. You will be responsible for contacting international vendors to obtain competitive pricing and confirm delivery schedules, ensuring that all goods arrive on time and meet quality standards. Evaluating vendor offerings critically, you will negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost-effectiveness while maintaining compliance with technical and quality requirements.

Support the sales team by analyzing and comparing technical product specifications, providing detailed and accurate input to align with client requirements. You will serve as the primary liaison with foreign vendors, clarifying product details and addressing any technical queries that arise during the procurement process.

Conduct thorough technical evaluations of products and services to verify their suitability for both business operations and client projects. Continuously research new vendors and emerging technologies to improve procurement strategies and enhance the quality and efficiency of sourced components.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all procured components are technically compatible with existing systems and project specifications. Prepare and manage all procurement and sales-related documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and technical evaluations, maintaining organized records of vendor communications and product specifications.

Generate regular reports to monitor procurement activities and sales performance, providing insights that support decision-making and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and engineering components, enabling accurate assessment and comparison of products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for engaging effectively with international vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills such as Mandarin highly desirable.
