UI / UX Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex business needs into seamless, user-friendly interfaces while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also lead user research efforts and contribute to maintaining a consistent design system that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile applications, ensuring designs are clear and actionable.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Design visually appealing layouts that are consistent with brand guidelines and promote ease of use.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design fidelity, feasibility, and smooth implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points to inform and refine design decisions effectively.
- Create detailed personas, journey maps, and task flows grounded in research findings to guide design strategy.
- Work alongside product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to define and clarify user requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and the rationale behind design choices to internal teams and executive leadership, fostering alignment and buy-in.
- Actively participate in agile and scrum meetings, contributing to product planning and iterative design improvements.
- Maintain and enhance a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency across all products.
- Ensure uniform UX patterns and visual styles are applied throughout the product suite to deliver a cohesive user experience.
- Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision to create and share design assets.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate design quality.
- Collect and respond to feedback from users and team members to iteratively improve design solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance user experiences and propose innovative design improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design techniques, and accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS concepts to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and justify design decisions.
- Demonstrated experience working within agile development environments, contributing effectively to iterative workflows.
- Strong user-centered design mindset combined with problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
