Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Advisor to join our team, specializing in guiding students through their study abroad journeys. This role involves providing expert advice on course and university selection, managing applicant communications across multiple platforms, and supporting career counseling for both students and working professionals. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for the education and student recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on study abroad options, including course selection, university or college choices, and suitable academic pathways tailored to their goals.
- Manage and respond to student inquiries through online channels and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Deliver career counseling services to individuals seeking guidance on professional development and career transitions.
- Develop engaging content for marketing purposes, including social media posts, to enhance outreach and attract potential applicants.
- Conduct thorough phone conversations with applicants to assess their needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain active engagement with applicants via WhatsApp and conduct face-to-face interviews through video conferencing platforms such as Skype and Zoom.
- Work independently to meet deadlines, quickly adapt to new processes, and efficiently manage workload with minimal supervision.
