We are seeking a motivated and professional Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients to promote our digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Website Development. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team, while maintaining accurate records and consistently achieving daily and weekly targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively promoting our range of services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Website Development.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to business decision-makers, ensuring they understand how our services can meet their needs.
- Qualify leads by assessing them against established criteria to determine their potential and readiness for further engagement.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects to facilitate the next steps in the sales process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, leads, and client interactions using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and easy follow-up.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation, demonstrating a strong work ethic and persistence.
- Develop rapport with prospects by adopting a professional and courteous demeanor, and effectively manage objections or rejections to keep conversations constructive and positive.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently and persuasively engage with potential clients.
- A professional attitude and demeanor, demonstrating patience and composure under pressure or when handling difficult conversations.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Social Media Advertising is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills to manage call records and lead information accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining motivation and focus to achieve targets.
