Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer to join our team in enhancing and maintaining the MOHR helpline mobile application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a high-quality, secure, and user-friendly app that meets the needs of diverse users. This role requires a strong focus on performance optimization, data protection, and seamless integration with backend services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the National GBV Expert, is essential to ensure the app continuously evolves based on stakeholder feedback and rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the MOHR helpline mobile application specifically for the iOS platform.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
- Optimize application performance to deliver a smooth and responsive user experience.
- Implement secure coding techniques to protect sensitive user data and maintain privacy.
- Ensure the app complies with relevant data protection laws and cybersecurity standards.
- Design and maintain an intuitive user interface that incorporates accessibility features to support a wide range of users.
- Actively incorporate feedback from stakeholders to drive ongoing app enhancements.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Ensure seamless integration of backend services and APIs to support app functionality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the National GBV Expert, to align technical development with program goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, development updates, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Swift and Objective-C for iOS application development.
- Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks, UI/UX design principles, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and implementing mobile security protocols, including data encryption.
- Familiarity with the App Store submission process and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience managing development cycles and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
