Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both server-side applications and responsive web interfaces. Key Responsibilities
You will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications primarily using Node.js and Express.js. Managing and optimizing NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, will also be a core responsibility, including schema design and query optimization to enhance performance.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

You will perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of applications. Participating in code reviews will help maintain code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Additionally, you will contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and deployment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 and beyond) is essential.
- Expertise in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Solid experience with MongoDB, including working knowledge of Mongoose ODM, database schema design, and query optimization.
- In-depth understanding of React.js, including functional components, hooks, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
- Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms, especially JWT.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Good grasp of responsive design principles and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
