Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to audience interactions, fostering community engagement, and maintaining a positive brand reputation. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer feedback, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team to support content strategy and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with relevant brands, communities, and trending hashtags to organically expand the brand’s reach and visibility.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews on the Google Business Profile, ensuring all feedback is acknowledged and addressed appropriately.
- Handle both positive and negative customer feedback with professionalism and empathy, aiming to build trust and resolve issues effectively.
- Develop and nurture relationships with loyal customers and potential brand advocates to strengthen community ties and encourage brand loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports detailing engagement metrics and sentiment analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on content strategy and leverage customer insights for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience managing Google reviews and maintaining Google Business Profiles.
- Ability to use social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is highly beneficial.
- Creative mindset combined with empathy and attention to detail to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
