Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to plan, implement, and oversee youth-centered programs that promote empowerment, health, and well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage youth-focused activities that emphasize empowerment and overall health and well-being.
- Assist in the design and development of initiatives specifically targeting the empowerment of young graduates.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and refine program success criteria, assessment tools, and performance indicators.
- Support the creation of project proposals and provide accurate program data to inform planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to budget preparation, detailed activity planning, and the development of implementation schedules.
- Ensure all program activities are executed on time and in accordance with approved plans.
- Facilitate the spiritual, professional, and personal development of interns through devotion sessions, departmental deputations, and capacity-building training programs.
- Build and maintain networks with educational institutions and government departments to enhance intern exposure and opportunities.
- Identify gaps or areas for improvement within the youth program and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure all program-related data is accurately uploaded and maintained within the ERP system.
- Maintain comprehensive records including program activities, progress reports, field assessments, and impact studies.
- Analyze and compile data to support evidence-based decision-making and program evaluation.
- Archive all project documentation securely in both physical and digital formats for future reference.
- Assist with logistical planning, including procurement processes and budget management.
- Coordinate communication and updates between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track program expenses meticulously and prepare financial summaries to support budget oversight.
