Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in Agile software development to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customer representatives, program managers, and software architects, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage project scope, schedule, risks, and resources while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customer stakeholders, program managers, and software architects to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and resource allocation, ensuring all aspects are well-coordinated and executed.
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, monitoring progress and providing guidance to achieve project milestones and overall success.
- Collaborate closely with process audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set clear team goals and conduct regular performance reviews to encourage continuous improvement and high performance.
- Apply deep knowledge of software development processes and procedures to accurately assess and address team needs.
- Implement and adapt Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP to suit the specific requirements of each project.
- Demonstrate expertise in Agile techniques including User Stories, Continuous Integration, Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing, and Agile Games to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices, emphasizing iterative and incremental development principles.
- Utilize key Agile metrics such as task tracking, backlog management, burndown charts, velocity, and user story progress to monitor and report on project health.
- Commit to timely delivery of products by proactively managing project timelines and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Leverage familiarity with common software development practices, service-oriented architectures, and Agile frameworks to support project execution.
- Use project management and development tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps to facilitate planning, tracking, and collaboration.
- Bring experience in Dynamics 365 implementation to support projects involving this platform.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and other Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in Agile techniques including User Stories, CI, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
- Experience with project tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
