Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from job posting through to onboarding. This role requires a proactive individual who can source top talent, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and maintain organized applicant tracking systems. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and direct outreach to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and coordinate interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain and regularly update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Develop clear and compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials in partnership with relevant departments to attract the right talent.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
